At Watsons KSA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return eligible products within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Log into your Watsons KSA account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging along with the invoice to ensure a smooth verification process.

• 3.
  Hand Over to Courier

  Our authorized courier partner will contact you within 2-3 business days to collect the parcel from your registered address.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-14 days.
